Wow - where do I start...On entering the property, it smelt fresh and clean. The property was immaculate. Everything was sparkling and to a very high standard. In terms of price, it's was very good - we would have had to pay nearly double for a hotel for the number of people, so it was a very good deal. We will be staying there again, definitely. Also a big thank you to Athies, the host. He welcomed us to the house and assured us if we needed anything, to call him. Great overall experience - top man, will be recommending!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. New Street Station, Gay Village und Chinese Quarter waren gut zu erreichen und auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in Laufnähe.
Die Wohnung war in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Birmingham. Wir haben vor Ort Taxi und Uber benutzt. Wir waren auf einem Konzert im Villa Park. Die Ausstattung war für vier Personen sehr gut(Badezimmer und separates WC).
Die Lage war sehr gut, zum Villa Park konnte man perfekt laufen. Die Überwachung mit Ring war sehr positiv, so konnte auch die Problematik mit dem abgebrochenem Hausschlüssel entdeckt werden. Dies wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden, während unserer Abwesenheit repariert. Das war super!
