The location is excellent and peaceful yet with the cafés, pubs and bus stop (connecting to Penzance and the other more popular locations, St Ives, Land’s End etc)?within reach. The host was very friendly and considerate and our arrival and departure were both very smooth.

The owners of the place are wonderful, helped with everything we asked for. They even invited us to a concert they organized. The balcony faces the stream. The room has a wood-burning fireplace. Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated St Tinney Farm Cornish Cottages & Lodges, a tranquil base only 10 minutes from the beach offers accommodation with water sports facilities and... It was self catering and the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything that was needed. Good size fridge and freezer, very comfortable , lovely and quiet. The three bedrooms had plenty of room and the lounge and dinning area was lovely . The heated swimming pool was a real bonus . Easy to find on Sat nav although off the beaten track. hosts were so helpful when phoned a few days before. Excellently located to see family and friends and a fantastic place for rest and recovery.
