Very well designed and nicely decorated typical mallorquin town house. Very good quite location, but only a few minutes by foot to the center and main attractions. Definitely no car needed.

Situated in Palma de Mallorca, 200 metres away from the nearest beach, Casa Molinar consists of two adjoined houses which share a patio with flowers, palm trees and an outdoor pool. Apartment is very nice, comfortable, clean, and modern. Location is very good, city is easily reachable by foot or by the bus.

We had an amazing time at the finca. You have everything you need and more. The property is located in a super quiet location, very attractively designed and large. The pool was our highlight. Everything! The property was comfortable, beautiful, nice, clean, and new! New and high quality linens and towels. The yard is beautiful with pool, nice seating, even lovely lime and lemon trees. Gemma and Jose were very attentive and informative. The house has all the kitchen appliances, pots pans plates utensils, clothing washer with drying rack, all different coffee options, Netflix enabled TVs in every room, even a Sun umbrella and beach towels for the beach which is a quick walk down the block. Many small groceries around with a large one 15 min walk away (bring a cart!). Also they can share info for local taxi to take you back to the airport that is cheaper than other airport transfers.
