We never met Jaime, but he was always available and very helpful on the phone. Parking is easy. The apartment is nice and comfortable in two floors. Upstairs: bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs: kitchen, living room, tiny bathroom.

The setting was stunning – breathtaking views of the ocean in the front and mountains in the back from the rooftop. Avocado trees surrounded the house, and a useful chimney kept us warm on chilly nights. An outdoor barbecue added to the charm. Our host was incredibly kind and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure our comfort.

And a bottle of local vine waited for us in the fridge. 10 minutes by foot to San Antonio museum, 15 minutes by car to Playa de Nuevo. Highly recommend!

Casa Chamiquela is located just outside Galga in north-eastern La Palma. It is a group of traditional Canarian villas with a terrace with views of the mountains and the sea. Peaceful area, friendly staff, they offered us wine and fruits! :)
