THE TERRACE, wow! The fabulous hostess. The position close to the village but quiet. Great view of the night sky.
The breakfast was put in a basket at our room door! There was a very good restaurant and museum nearby. It was like being in a village.
Alojera is a nice small village scattered across a gentler face of the island. San Borondon is closer to the beach side albeit still on a substantial elevation (and a good 20mins through steep downhill to get to the beach). Due to the village's scattered quality, the house is quite quiet. The house has been well renovated and the kitchen has enough utensils for cooking.
The location is wonderful. Just at the beachfront, it’s in the main avenue of Playa Calera.
The landlord and his wife are very friendly. When we arrived the landlady was there and warmly welcomed us. We booked the top room. There you have an wonderful view over the ocean. The room is big and nicely furnished and very clean. We had a fridge and cuttlery and where able to do our own breakfast. Over some extra stairs you could reach the roof with some extra nice view over the ocean and the village. The courtyard of the place is also very nice. You can hang out there as well and meet other travellers.
It was one of the best accommodations we ever had! It felt like being in paradise. So much privacy, we only heard the sound of the waves, the wind and the birds. The view was amazing! The house was even bigger than expected and equipped with everything you need. Only a few minutes walk over a steep road to the village with nice restaurants and friendly people. We had a perfect time!

It's a huge mansion, with an amazing view of the whole village and the mountains. There's nothing missing to make your short or long stay comfortable, and it's a minute away from the shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and understanding. I sure hope to come back again :)
