He gave us very good advice and responds very quickly. It is located in a quiet area. There is a paid parking lot on the next street and its price is 14 euros for 24 hours. 3-4 minutes walk from the old town. You should know that the apartment is on 4 floors - for people with reduced mobility. On the first floor there is a kitchen and a living room. On the second and third are the bedrooms with their own bathrooms. On the fourth floor there is a laundry room and a very large veranda. I recommend with both hands!
