Villa Diletta is located 30 meters from the Nile River in the West Bank of Luxor. From the Nile aboard you can use the motor boat service, or of a municipal ferry. The property is about 30 meters from a number of restaurants. The house was cozy and well kept …very nice place to stay …Hulu recommended…i wish everyone can go then and meet the lovely host .I have to apologize here for our sorrow to the owner who is a great and generous host…we online booked hot air balloons tickets the day before arrival ,and the owner offered us cheaper so decide to book from him and cancel the previous ones, the 30 mins later we found out that on lines can’t be canceled ,so we told him what happened and ask him to cancel his booked asap. But he said he already booked for us ,if cancel need to pay a fee for 40 $ ,then negotiate to 20$ compensation.(we r already unhappy but still is our fault ),then later the he told us the balloons canceled due to the weather issue …so we thought could ask the 20$back . The owner generously refunded the money and wished us good trip .

The pool was lovely and well maintained and clean. The apartment was very spacious, again clean and well decorated. Everything we needed for a few days - so much so that we extended our time here! WiFi very very good - probably the best at any accommodation in all of Egypt. Staff very very helpful and really care about you having a great stay, communication through WhatsApp and they’re not on site 24/7 which we liked - nice and peaceful, no pressure for tours etc! Location is great for the West Bank but we recommend passing the tourist row of restaurants and turning up into the town for the same food at half the price ;)

After our stay in Cairo it was like come into paradise - the garden with the pool is such an peaceful place, i could not imagine before! Momo is one of the best (probably the BEST) manager i´ve ever met in my life! He fulfilled all our wishes and questions - he showed us even the "normal life" of egypt people outside of the touristic world a bit (what was possible during this short stay). The Tours we booked via Momo were amazing - the guides were really perfect for us! About the Pool: The Pool Master of Momo knows exact what to do - an expert beyond compare! Perfect Temperature and totaly clean as everything in the Villa (the bedrooms and kitchen were as perfect as i expected)! You can get nearly everything in the area of the villa without having to negotiate hard - and everything is really chilled at the westbank of Luxor! THANKS a lot for such a great stay - i will definitely will come back for a longer stay for one of the best area i see in my life!

He made our stay in Luxor a memorable one! Besides the cultural richness of Luxor itself, our vacation there became a true experience thanks to Adam! He made everything easy for our family, organized all the tours and activities for us, all hassle free and at a very competitive price! He fulfilled our expectations and even went beyond that! We were travelling with two young children and we felt safe all the time. All the tours and appointments worked like a swiss clock thanks to Adam! If you are looking for a real feel of Luxor I will definitively recommend staying on the West bank (compared to the busy and chaotic East bank) and I would definitively recommend Adam's place there!

A recently renovated villa situated in the West bank district of Luxor, Shahhat House offers accommodation with with a shared lounge, parking on-site and free WiFi. This villa features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. We loved everything. What a beautiful house. And you will not get a better view anywhere. Just cross the road and you can visit one of the best temples in Egypt. The village is peaceful but an easy taxi ride anywhere. And Hamdy was simply the best host. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
