A little garden house (sort of portacabin) in an amazing garden on the outskirts of Telc. The garden is stunningly beautiful, the surroundings are nice and quite, and the little terrace is lovely. Ample space of parking in a secure garden. The indoor space is limited but organised very practically. All facilities are functional and practical, in particular the air con was useful in the tropical days (30+C). Good wifi. Keys in lockbox, but we were in touch with the hosts by phone, very friendly and helpful.

Chata Filoména is a recently renovated holiday home in Herálec, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. + for dinner they asked us to select from a menu and it was brought to us (this was great since we arrived 2 hours later than planned and we were tired) + for breakfast the fridge was full with the usual (milk, butter, cheese spreads, ham, salami, paprika, tomatoes, eggs and a strawberry syrup). In addition, they brought us fresh bread and delicious pastry (to be found in front of the kitchen window) + the shower was great (perfect water pressure and temperature) + the kitchen was very well equipped (including a dishwasher and a very good coffee machine) and as the whole house interior looks as new + every room has a infrared radiator that you can set at any temperature (just remember to turn it on and set it up) + the beds are huge and very comfortable (the only downside is that one side faces the wall) + the communication via booking was great and fast but keep in mind that at least on site we could not communicate in English + the host is great!

Located in the forest above the city, but 5 min from the center with shops cafes etc. Beautiful sunsets, fresh air and a very nice communicative host. We loved our stay and definitely will come again. Highly recommended !!!
