We were met by Lieve at the Ferry Terminal, she arranged a rental car and guided us to the villa (10 minutes from the Ferry Terminal). Lieve and Geert went out of there way to make our stay as comfortable as possibe. The Villa has been built by them with an eye for detail. The villa is very spacious, 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a toilet/bath room, in two of these rooms next to the double beds bunkbeds for two kids. In living room an additional seperate toilet on top. Also a spacious kitchen with everything you need. The swimming pool is covered every evening so it stays warm (28 Celsius). Very important in winter months, we were at some other places where swimming was only for the brave (24 C) or even unbarable (20 C).

Pousada Dragoeiro Monte Joana Santo Antão terletak di Ribeira Grande. 📍😄 By far the best place you can pick for a real caboverdian experience. You will have to walk about 45-1h to reach this beautiful place. Note that it is in the middle of nowhere. Amazing landscape and stunning views from the house. Isa and Jailson will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They also have a car for rent, essential if you want to explore the island. The pool is awesome, the location dreamlike. Simple but efficient accommodation. The fridge was filled with complimentary goodies. Recommended.

Terletak di Porto Novo, Casa Madeira menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan taman dengan teres dan pemandangan laut. Very nice place, clean, quiet and close to the beach. Good strategic spot for exploring west side of island. I would definitely go back there.
