Owner is readily available, kind and knowledgeable. Check in easy with key box, and owner lives in property. Fenced in and felt very safe.

Cynthia truly understands how important is to feel welcome once you decide booking a place: the house is beautiful, cozy, full of warm details and the view is marvelous. We didn't have luck and it rained most of the time so we were glad that the house was so welcoming and well appointed for staying in. Definitively worth to go through these tricked ways arriving here and feeling like you're coming home. The neighbors are respectful of your privacy and it's nice to have people around just in case. You won't miss anything in Cynthia's home. So very grateful for all your kindness and care, looking forward for a next time!

I loved everything. The host was great, the property was very comfortable and had hot water. Facilities were well stocked. I will highly recommend this property!

Em Sarapiquí, a 48 km de Cascata La Paz, 50 km de Jardim da Cascata La Paz e 12 km de Estação Biológica La Selva, Cabaña para vacacionar río Sarapiqui dispõe de acomodações com uma varanda e acesso... We had a lovely week-long stay. This cabin is very unique. It is a log cabin just off the main road in Sarapiquí, right beside the river that is constantly busy with passing rafts and kayaks. There are two bedrooms and an extra airbed upstairs. The place has a well equipped kitchen, there is limited counter space for cooking but that's a small thing. There is a washer and clothes line outside that you can use. Geovany even brought a large desk and office chair in one of the bedrooms during our stay which was awesome! For anyone working, the WiFi is the best we've had in all of Costa Rica. It's super fast and good for video calls. The upstairs is super cool! It's totally open, more than I expected, but we loved that! It felt like we were in a treehouse. During thunderstorms it's especially great. There is a big tv up there so we spent a lot of time up there in the evenings to relax. Of course some creatures come in, mainly just some flies and moths. It was totally fine actually. The floors are definitely treated here because we never got ants of anything crawling in like that. Geovany also visited during our visit and did a full clean, changing sheets, towels etc. it was great.
