The stay is in a beautiful secluded cabin with even more beautiful scenery surrounding. Theo was very helpful and very easy to reach by phone. He was able to arrange transportation for us and food delivery for the stay. He recommended things to do and see in the area. One of the best recommendations was to wake up early and see the toucans and other birds in the trees just outside. You don't even have to leave your bed! I as surprised by the lack of mosquitos and how cool it is in the mountains not far from warm Santa Marta. We were able to enjoy the porch and watch the tropical birds right outside. There is an amazing view of Santa Marta and the ocean right outside as well. Plenty of fresh drinking water available and warm water in the shower. Theo speaks fluent Spanish, English and French. Andrea made a delicious breakfast in the morning that was more than filling at their home nearby a short walk down the hill which has even more sights to see. I cannot say everything that was wonderful about this place as there was so much to enjoy. You will have to see it for yourself!

This is an amazing and stylish new property, well located in close proximity to Parque Tayrona and the beach at Mendihuaca. It is spacious enough for a large family and has a great kiosk and bbq area. The grounds are lush and well kept as the rest of the property. We felt so welcome by the owners on arrival and the property keepers Luz and Yair looked after us very well throughout our stay and took us on a day trip to the nearby river and made the most delicious sancocho on site. Would definitively recommend a stay here in this family and dog friendly property.

Not even music playing, just the sound of the waves. Only 4 cabins (and low season), so I often had the whole place and whole beach to myself. Truly a rare treat. I felt so looked after by Mari, Elvia, Alicia and Patricia. Food was delicious, especially the fish of the day and fresh juices. Hummingbird watch while you eat. The cabin was beautifully furnished and had strong air con. I felt so relaxed when I left.

The apartment itself is very comfortable. No hot shower, but they don't seem to exist in this part of the world. It had a good kitchen, plenty of shops and a couple of supermarkets close by. Comfortable beds and working air conditioning.
