Incredible hostel in the centre of Pucon, the best I've stayed in after almost 2 months in South America. It's family run and you can feel this in everything they do from the cosy breakfast through to the homely common areas and even their lovely dogs who say hi as you enter. We particularly loved the amount of outdoor space to relax, eat meals and see Villarica volcano in the background!
Our host, Sebastian spoke English and was very helpful in recommending hikes in the Parque National Villarica and a restaurant near the park.
This is a sweet little cabin in the woods between Villarrica and Pucon. The owner Francisco speaks English and was quick to respond on WhatsApp. His mother and father live in a house close to the cabin and they were warm and hospitable, super nice people.
The facilities, the beautiful place and the owners. Also the way they care the nature. Close to great villages and thermal hot springs.
I loved my experience at Karibuni Lodge. The hosts are special people who really care about their guests. Much is an amazing chef, most of the food is from their garden, the eggs from their hens etc. The view over lake and volcano Villarrica is stunning, the hot tub at sunset fantastic.Steffie und Much even arranged my excursions. I highly recommended
Sensational place and amazingly friendly people. We felt like family on Christmas Day and throughout our stay. The owner of the accommodation prepares delicious healthy dinners. It's amazing to sit in a hot tub under the stars and watch the Villarica volcano do its little harmless eruptions.
The hosts are so lovely and they were really helpful. The room is beautiful and very well kept. It's just two bedrooms rented by the owner, so you really feel like at home. They offered us to use their kitchen to warm up things. At the end we didn't need to, but it was very kind. They also offered us breakfast. Just a perfect place to spend a night in Villarica.
I don't usually write reviews on my stays, but I must HIGHLIGHT how GOOD this place is, the photos that are here in Booking do not honour the reality of this hotel, it is simply spectacular! They take care of all the details, the hotel is located in a nature reserve near the Villarrica Volcano (they have a viewpoint to see it), the facilities are straight out of a movie, the rooms are excellent, the attention of Cata and Alejandro makes your stay even more pleasant. To rate this place a 10 would be petty, this place is a 20 all the way!
