The living rooms are has a nice big table and comfortable sofa and chairs. There is another seating area where one can catch some rays of sunshine in the afternoon when the weather is nice. The area is quiet and has nice views of the nearby forest. The communication with the host Georgi went very smooth. Govedartsi has a few small supermarkets and restaurants. You can do a very nice hike to the Malyovitsa hut from the nearby ski center (total 2 hours walk) Would love to come back again!

Although we were there in August, and there were no air conditioners, it wasn’t hot in the rooms. The kitchen and BBQ place were perfectly equipped. Rooms, toilets, kitchen and dining areas were very clean.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with two bathrooms, kitchen and spacious living room (four adults + a baby). Everything was clean, there was constant hot water and as we were preparing all meals ourselves, we really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. The best part is probably the yard in front of the house - incredibly well-maintained with super soft and clean grass (clean enough to let a baby crawl around which was a big plus for us). The landlords are very kind and respond quickly to messages.
