The villa very tidy with comfortable beds and plenty of space. It has a large garden for kids to play in and the downstairs relaxation area with pool is excellent. Excellent location with great Heurigen just up the road (Bio-Weinbau Obermann is worth a visit), near by supermarkets and easy tram access to downtown. Highly recommended.

Boasting a spa bath, Villa with private Sauna and Jacuzzi, 8 min from Schloss Schöbrunn is situated in Vienna. There is a spa and wellness centre comprised of a sauna, a hot tub and a open-air bath. The rooms are big, comfortable and both the living room and the upstairs bedroom had an AC. The upstairs bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower which is nice. There is also a parking space in the yard and you can find (I think free) street parking nearby. When we got there the host left for us some snacks and also a bottle of water and apple juice.

It was immaculately decorated and spacious enough for all the guests. The highlight is the combination of the living room, kitchen, and dining room, which leads directly to the fantastic patio and pool! We had a nice BBQ and were able to cool off in the pool!

Offering a bar and quiet street view, Cosy & elegant Cityhouse with garden is set in Vienna, 13 km from Ernst Happel Stadium and 13 km from Vienna Prater. If I was able I could have rated it with 20. The place is beyond perfect. Clean, warm, well equiped, with great yard. We used the washing machine and the dryer and everything was perfect. The host was very kind and helpful. The area around is very nice. We liked the house so much that after that each visit to another place is compared to it. We really had a great time and I hope someday we will return to Vienna and this house.
