Located in Theth and only 2.8 km from Theth National Park, Villa Ujëvara e vogël provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Aleks was a great host. He was attentive, kind, and very friendly. The views from the room were breathtaking, everything was as it was advertised online. We traveled in early May with high temperatures being in the high 60F, and lows being low 50F. There was no need for the small electric heater or fireplace. We kept the windows open almost all day long, and even the one upstairs at night as our first night we were a little warm since the room stays well insulated. The included breakfast was not only delicious, but the views from the dining room were a huge bonus. Quality of food was outstanding. The olive oil was amazing quality coming from Aleks's family in Greece, the goat cheese was from a local in Theth. We opted in for dinner at the Villa for the additional charge and it was worth the price. Portions for two felt as if they were really for 4 people. Wifi was strong and reliable.

Very very nice location, not a very touristic area which was so nice. But close to everything you need like the busstation, good restaurants and a bike rental in the same street. Very good communication and always a quick response.

Amazing location very near to shops and downtown. The walled yard was great for our kids to play in and provided a stress-free place to park the car. The host was so helpful and friendly and made sure the property was equipped for our use. A playpen was ready there for our one-year-old!

The house is clean and comfortable, and the pool is the cherry on top—immaculately clean. We had a fantastic time here, and the staff was excellent.

Accommodation in the house, which is after reconstruction, was very pleasant. There was nothing missing in the equipment. Everywhere was clean and prepared for the stay. The house is located just outside the city in a small farm village where there was peace and quiet. Parking behind the gate was hassle-free and the owners are very nice, helpful and explained everything to us. A shop in town is a few minutes' drive away. We can definitely recommend!

Amazing views, extremely clean and spacious modern cabin! This was my favorite stay in Albania. I’d be back many many times! The brothers who own this are kind and willing to help in any situation.
