Top lokacija sploh za motoriste, saj imaš motor pred recepcijo in ograja je zaprta. Spodaj imajo lasten bar, kjer je dobro vzdušje in se počutiš dobro sprejetega. Se še vrnem.

What can I say, we found a real gem here. The location of the apartment is fantastic, located at the end of the promonade so nice and quiet. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed and we really liked the fly net across the patio doors so you could keep the door open all night without the midges getting in. We had room 5 which in my opinion is one of the best being at the top of property you have a large balcony with table and chairs and bean bags so you can relax and sunbathe and also at night see the coastline all lit up. The bathroom is spacious and the water was hot. There are restaurants in abundance just 2 mins walk away with a supermarket just 5 mins away from the property. Currency exchange can be found not far away on the road which runs parallel with the promonade. The area is nice and the beach was clean. There are sunbeds to use in front of the property which is good as I think in the busy times you might struggle to get one. The sea is shallow so ideal for young children. The owners/staff are exceptional always there to help and very friendly. The property has recently been renovated and looks amazing, one of the best.

The area offers various amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and a lovely seaside promenade. The villa itself was meticulously maintained and clean, with great attention to detail. The owner was extremely kind and always available via WhatsApp, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and pleasant vacation

It was very great, we were so positively suprised. Fredi is the best house owner you can imagine, he's very helpful and nice. Clean house, perfect furnishings, very delicious breakfast every day, air conditioner included. The scenery of the house and surroundings is so magical. I hope to come back here in nearly future!

The house was very luxurious and spacious with a modern style, providing a comfortable and stylish accomodation with all necessary amenities. The smooth self-check-in process and the host's helpfulness, despite not meeting in person, added to the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend Casa Topia to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Durres, a true gem in every aspect! Will definitely return!

My friend and I stayed in Vila Guni for 2 nights and we had the best time ! The sunset view is just breathtaking the garden terrace is incredible .. Our host made sure everything was fine for us and gave us a lot of informations about krujë and the surrounding activities , and history of the region .. The house is super clean and there is everything that you need .. warmly recommend this place :)
