Our stay was truly a “home away from home.” This property was thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to make an American like me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The house featured a solar system, which provided lighting, TV, and internet—remarkable and efficient, even with a few natural limitations.
Upon arrival, I appreciated the convenience of a washing machine ready for use, complete with detergent and fabric softener provided at no charge. Starbucks coffee was stocked, a wonderful touch, and the water was purified and safe, with drinking water readily available. Cooking was effortless, as the kitchen was well-supplied with everything needed to prepare meals.
The hosts went above and beyond, even arranging two extra mattresses on short notice. Both the property owner in the U.S. and Malo, the local caretaker, were highly responsive, answering our messages and calls within minutes—even late at night. The house was impeccably clean, with round-the-clock security, allowing us to relax and feel secure.
This two-bedroom home comfortably accommodates four guests, making it ideal for families or groups at any time of year. Netflix was an unexpected bonus, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it on this trip. Our four-day, three-night stay in Lusaka was truly blessed, thanks to this beautifully prepared, well-equipped home.

Absolutely the most responsive host we have met in our travels. It is not easy to keep guest in luxury with load shedding as it is at the moment. Julia was outstanding in this regard. Additionally, everyone in the compound made us feel safe and welcomed! Thank you all so much!
The room was big, we got offered water and the surrounding was very luxurious. We came early so we had to wait before we could check in, but were allowed to lay at the pool in the meantime.
The rooms were good, clean and very tastefully finished. The gardens and verandah were a beautiful and relaxing retreat after a hard day of business travel. A good hotel that I was very satisfied with.
Good location close to the food places and shopping. Nice restaurant, great food though extremely pricey. Clean rooms, and most important - bedding was clean and luxurious. Really, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵!
