I liked the apartment especially the bedrooms. They are big rooms with big beds. The premises is quite with extensional surroundings. The villa's are nice. We had power through out as they have a 24/7 backup.I will not hesitate to come again.

I've stayed here about 6 times and I think I will stay there again. The house was mordern, spacious and professionally decorated. There is a lot going for for Fallsway Villas. The location is perfect, near most amenities and Lusaka's best shopping mall, Eastpark. The property is one of several in a gated community with 24 hour security. The house itself was specious with 3 bedrooms and two lounges. There is a private swimming pool available but unfortunately water is always cold as it is not heated (heated pools are rare in Zambia).
Zambia is currently going through severe powercuts lasting an average of 16 hours a day when there is no electricity. However, during our stay, Fallsway had power all the time. There is also free WIFI which actually works. I was able to catch up with work no problem.

Absolutely the most responsive host we have met in our travels. It is not easy to keep guest in luxury with load shedding as it is at the moment. Julia was outstanding in this regard. Additionally, everyone in the compound made us feel safe and welcomed! Thank you all so much!
The room was big, we got offered water and the surrounding was very luxurious. We came early so we had to wait before we could check in, but were allowed to lay at the pool in the meantime.
The rooms were good, clean and very tastefully finished. The gardens and verandah were a beautiful and relaxing retreat after a hard day of business travel. A good hotel that I was very satisfied with.
Good location close to the food places and shopping. Nice restaurant, great food though extremely pricey. Clean rooms, and most important - bedding was clean and luxurious. Really, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵!

Restaurant staff and food were exceptional. Room was incredibly comfortable, in a beautiful setting. Overall a wonderful place to relax in luxury on the outskirts of Lusaka.
