The friendly caretaker Wonderful met us on arrival, opened up , showed us around, offered any assistance. He even put roses in the room as a welcome. The 'cottage' is very spacious, neat and very well equipped. Views towards the Drakensberg from a sunny patio. We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay, and especially the fireplace in the lounge.
Unexpected bonus was the garage where we could park the car, made packing in the morning easy. Everything was spotless and super comfortable beds.

Lovely little place, surprisingly well insulated with a very warm, effective fireplace. Very friendly horses - one came right up to the window and let me pet it! Bathroom is spacious and clean. Very quiet and peaceful.

The property was very well appointed. Stunning views and very luxurious. The creativeness from the cleaning staff and our fluffy white towels was cause for great laughter. The cleaning staff did an amazing job each day to tidy-up and get the house ready for our return. We were very happy with everything.

It was amazing! Chalets are beautifully furnished and so luxurious 👌🤍 if you are a nature and farm lover but aren't willing to compromise on comfort then this is a must try! The Kitchen was fully fitted which was great!
Exceptionally clean lodge. Well furnished, plush and luxurious linen, a kitchen with all the appliances and utensils. Cosy fireplace with kindling, firelighters, and bags of wood for replenishing. The views were amazing. ....rolling hills and majestic mountains. Excellent security, and my dog ran around freely in the well maintained garden. Will definitely book this lodge again.
