THE VILLA WAS MAGNIFICENT BUT THE GAME DRIVES AND THE EXPERIENCE FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE WILL DEFINITELY LEAVE THE COLD IN THE UK AND COME TO BAKUBANG FOR THE WARMTH RECEIVED FROM THE STAFF EVERYWHERE WE WENT AND THE GLOW THE VILLA AND THE BIG 5 GAVE US.
Villa was spacious, beautiful, and out of this world. Live view to roaming wildlife and easy access to the game park. Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to assist. They were enthusiastic about service no matter where you went - facilities, reception, restaurant, spa and wildlife centre.
From the moment you arrive, you are met with friendliness and luxury.
The restaurant serves absolutely delectable dishes for all diets. A changing menu every day for each meal was such a welcome surprise.
The rooms are luxurious, comfortable, and tastefully styled.
The pool area is utterly relaxing and beautifully kept.
We saw so many of the big 5 during game drives, which made the experience even more favourable.
We can't wait to come back soon.
The design, location and privacy of these villas is five star. With a heated pool on the most amazing patio overlooking the Pilansberg we were able to relax in complete privacy, even seeing a hippo in the small dam in front of the unit. We also loved that we could walk within the resort (something not really safe to do in other bush villas) and make use of the resorts lively amenities … the restaurant, tennis courts, gym, boma, game drives ect. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
