It was a self-catering unit. The parking was spacious, dedicated to the unit and safe. The unit was spacious and well stocked. The views of the rolling hills and waterways were stunning. Zebra, horses and buck roam freely and pass by the cottage regularly. A beautiful place to hike and explore nature.

What a gem in Notties! from the high quality bedding, to the cozyness of the house, to the beautiful view, and the attention to detail in all the finishes in the house. Wifi working, heaters in all the rooms, and the friendliest dog names Roxy that greated us! It was just such a great experience!

Loved the location and the peacefulness of the unit. The indoor braai / fire place is absolutely amazing as was the fantastic supply of wood available. The electric blankets were an absolute delight - getting into a toasty bed on a cold night is the best thing ever!

What a wonderful weekend getaway spot this is! Great location in a quiet, picturesque estate, lovely staff. Luxurious room - interior decor is luxe yet cosy!! Close proximity to coffee shop and village amenities was an added bonus. Underfloor heating was a great perk - I can't say enough - beautifully furnished loft, great views!
Extremely friendly hosts, who were proactive and easy going. They also made a special arrangement to drop keys off for me in another town, as I was pressed for time - that was unbelievable! Great communication.

A very comfortable stay at Gowrie Village. The apartment was warm and had everything we needed. It is centrally located and a short walk to a very nice cafe.
Absolutely everything! The underfloor heating, electric blankets and towel heater was the cherry on top! The loft has everything one needs for a luxurious, comfortable stay.
Lovely little cottage on top of another house, in the Gowry Village of Nottingham Road. I liked the little village which is walking distance from the cottage, and the fireplace which was very cosy.
