The place is truly amazing! Have you ever stayed in an apartment where the sea is actually closer than the pool? Well, this is it—the pool is about 100 meters away, while the sea is just 50 meters from your doorstep! The house you’ll stay in is one of the best on the property—it's the second closest to the sea, so the view from both balconies is incredible.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, as does the kitchen/living room. The entire place is spotless, and it even includes a washing machine. The best part? There’s a dishwasher—because who wants to do dishes while on vacation? 😉
Everything worked perfectly. Hatice, the host, was wonderful—she patiently answered all my questions. I didn’t meet her in person, but her parents, who I did meet, are lovely people.
Considering the price, this was probably the best holiday spot we’ve ever visited.

It was really nice, huge and clean villa in quiet location. For beach vacation you have everything in walking distance (beach 1minute, shop, bar, etc. 5 min) for trips you need car or taxi. We loved it here. Owner is very helpful. We felt here as at home for a moment:-))
We stayed at this comfy villa with our family and had a great time. It's near the sea and has good amenities. There's also a handy store nearby. Plus, it's easy to get around and explore the nearby areas. We highly recommend it for family vacations.

Villa is in the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. You can hear the sound of the waves from the house. There is a superb view of sea from the house with direct access to a sandy beach. Great hosts who are very welcoming.
The villa has a direct sea view from balconies and bedrooms. Only 100m walking to a sandy beach. It was very clean with three big bedrooms. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very hospitable and communicative host with willigness to solve every little problem. Definitely coming back!
A great place for relaxing holiday, the owners are very responsive and help in everything. The villa is located in a small village right on the beach. Near the complex there is a restaurant and supermarket.
Great two night stay in hotel in Bogaz village. Our superior room had a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs, TV and refrigerator. Nice little balcony with great sea views over Famagusta Bay. Bathroom had large walk-in shower. Good quality and strong wifi signal was a bonus. Good choice of breakfasts all freshly cooked.
