Karst Villas was well beyond our expectations.. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The food was great and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay so easy and enjoyable. They never hassled us to book any tours etc but they were super helpful when we needed anything organised during our stay. It made our stay stress free. Highly recommend staying here..
We loved staying at Karst Villas. The location is perfect - It was great to be just a little out of town with beautiful scenery. They have bicycles you can borrow to get into town and it’s an easy ride. The food was amazing and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!

Karst villas has lovely rooms, comfy beds and amazing views from a well appointed swimming pool. The food was the best we had in the area and Hung Nguyen and his family were so kind and helpful.
Amazing stay at Victory Road Villas! Used the time to relax as the property/room was large and comfortable. Good location on the river and the staff were very helpful/friendly. Pizza was better than we expected! Free bike rental helped us get around town.
First of all, the owners of the hotel allowed us to come at 4am in the morning and even arranged us a taxi, so we didn’t need to walk for an hour in the dark. Secondly, they didn’t even ask us to pay for staying those additional hours until the actual check-in time and gave us breakfast. The whole stay was very calming due to the location of the hotel and the staff. It was completely different from other hotels we stayed in Vietnam. Huge thanks to Karst Villas team for helping us to fall in love with Vietnam.
Our stay in Karst Villas was awesome. The staff was very kind and helpful all the time. We were able to check in early and they also arranged a transport from the bus station. We had an excelent dinner there which was the best meal we had in Vietnam.
Victory Roads Villas in Phong Nha surpassed all expectations! The team's warmth and attention were exceptional, especially in caring for my mother whilst we were away during our 3-day road trip. The picturesque setting provided a tranquil escape, and the quality of food at the on-site restaurant was superb. The happy service and genuine hospitality ensure we'll be returning to this gem, highly recommended for a delightful retreat in one of the most beautiful parts of Vietnam!
