Absolute beachfront. Literally waves crashing against the seawall metres from the window. Tidy rooms with fridge and new smart TV. Pleasant area considering it's on the QL1A highway, rooms on the ocean side are very quiet.
We were not the typical guests, it's probably a perfect spot if all you want to do is kiting. Helpful staff, very capable instructor, reasonably priced food with western options. We arrived at the end of the season, better enquire in advance. We did a few excursions (Phan Rang city, Vinh Hy village), it felt rather off the beaten track.
Ca na beach is one of the best place to relax in vietnam - sadly I was experienced such a uneducated villain ownership.

The villa is immaculate and well-appointed. The location is right on the beach and immediately feels like a second home. The beds are fantastic and there is air-conditioning in each bedroom plus the living room.
The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. Location was amazing, right on the beachfront. Food was amazing. We stayed an extra 2 nights, because it was so relaxing and comfortable.
What a beautiful property! The villa is spacious, super clean, the beds are super comfortable. I loved that I had access to a kitchen and I could also do the laundry. The host let us roam around the orchard and served as fresh jujubes and some other fruit which I don't remember its name. Loved staying at this property. The kids played with the dogs and enjoyed the swings. Right across the street there is the beach and a resort where the kids enjoyed the water park for free.
