Very lovely homestay in the middle of the rice fields. Cozy bungalow with stunning views. We had amazing breakfast and dinner on the terrace in a peaceful atmosphere. The family business is run by Zoelly and her family, which are very friendly and supportive. We really loved our stay at Sapa Farmer House! Do not stay in Sapa town, but rather stay with a family owned homestay to support the locals.

What a great experience! We arrived early but the host Chau arranged for us to check in early as well. Breakfast is included in the room price and is located in the restautant next door. The surrounding is so beautiful that you don't have to go any where, just relax and chill

This location is very quiet and away from the next village of Ta Van. Simple, good value with kind and helpful staff. Come stay here especially if you want to kick back and explore a different area. The property also has a restaurant and provides tours.

Everything was perfect. The host was very approachable & helpful through out.
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The accommodation is at the top of a small hill. From there you have a beautiful view at the rice fields. I did two small hikes, one I did through the rice fields and the other one through a bamboo Forest and to the CatCat Village.
For dinner you can join the Family at the Family Dinner.
Very nice and cozy bungalows with great view and super attentive staff.
The beds were clean and the location was good, 10 mins walking to cat cat village center.
Very kind and hospitable hosts and staff. The property is located a little higher up in Ta Van and about a ten minute walk or so to the main area of the village where the restaurants and shops are. A cosy stay that I can personally recommend.
Lovely hosts, good location. Lovely local village absolutely the host will help you hire a motorbike if needed. Lovely dinner and breakfast. They also did laundry for us.
This was our favorite stay in Vietnam. The property sits in the gorgeous Hmong Hoa valley right on a rice farm with more terraces in the view. A couple of waterfalls within view as well. Also a 1 min walk from the local village.
The hosts are wonderful and treat you like part of the family. They are working on their English still but that didn’t effect our experience. They were so kind and accommodating. We would most definitely stay here again!
Breakfast was very good and the bed very comfortable. We had a terrace with a view of the village. We had a scooter so it was easy to access (the road is a little narrow). Good water pressure and hot water.
Everything!
The location was amazing. Peaceful, in the middle of the ricefields in a very interesting local village.
The owners, Emma and Pepsi, were so sweet, professional and truly inspiring. They always made sure you felt at home.
It has a very cute pool with the perfect temperature. The pool is very clean.
The views from the homestay are amazing.
The rooms are taken very well care of. They are beautiful and the communal spaces are very big, and as well, beautiful.
They have a very cute dog, MuiMui.
The rooms are very comfortable and the homestay is very nice. The host doesn't know English but we "talked" by Google translate. He is very kind and helpful and I strongly recommend it. If you are at Bac Ha on Saturday evening to see the party of the village waiting the Sunday market you don't regret it. I also recommend to have dinner at Nobita Homestay: it's cheap, abundant and very tasty.
This homestay and the owner family exceeded my expectations. Thanks them for all. Everything was very clean, they pay attention to all details: from small interior details till your whole satisfaction. It is very clean and stylish homestay in the authentic village in the valley with amazing view on the waterfall.
Good, quiet location close to village life, and away from the construction noise of the town. New house with large rooms and modern bathrooms, Warm welcome on arrival and good hospitality with fresh home cooked meals.
