It was clean and a great location. Street parking right in front of the small studio worked fine. The furnishings were comfortable, but no luggage racks so nowhere to put a suitcase.

Very clean, roomy, and beautifully furnished. We loved the hardwood flooring, and the furniture was comfortable and in great shape. We rent homes in various places, but this one was by far one of the best with regard to the kitchen. Cookware, dishes, glassware, all more than enough for our party of 8. Amazing cupboard with spices and non-perishable items, too.

Large house with 2 dining rooms and 2 living rooms which is great for large families. Plenty of yard space to play outdoor sports. The above ground pool is large and the kids loved it. Location was very good for the state parks and Seneca Lake.

Dawn was so great about accomodating our lat check-in. The property is spacious, great common area, and close to Seneca village. The tents were the right size for couples and Dawn provided extra blankets for when it got cold at night
