Host is super responsive. There was no issue but I am confident that if there had been issues, the host would have been informed very quickly and worked to fix them favorably. Location is great: calm neighborhood, walking distance to subway, even closer to bus.

Spacious, Relaxing & Gorgeous 4BD/4BA House in DC!, hotel in Washington, D.C.

Spacious, Relaxing & Gorgeous 4BD/4BA House in DC! offers accommodations in Washington, D.C., 3.6 miles from Walter E Washington Convention Center and 4.2 miles from The White House.

The house was clean and there were enough towels/linens for all of us (6 people). Bedrooms were well-appointed with clocks and charging outlets. Internet access was good. There is a television on each floor. Kitchen was functional, although there were a few problems (see below). There are enough plates, bowls, and silverware to accommodate a large party. Don't expect to cook a big meal, though, unless you bring more pots and pans. There is a lot of room in this place--3 full floors. Primary bedroom (with bath), two other bedrooms, and hall bath upstairs. Half bath on main floor. Large room with two beds in basement, along with another full bath. It worked out well for our extended family visit--everybody had space and privacy. The host maintains contact throughout your stay--we had no trouble reaching them, and they were responsive. We didn't have any burning issues that required them to immediately do something, so I can't rate that, but I felt good that they were reachable.

Nice, stylish comfortable house. Great location , short drive to everything. Neat, clean , well stocked and comfortable house. Cute patio in the back. Beds were comfortable and the host had thought of everything including portable fans in each room, extra towels, well stocked kitchen , bedside lamps with touch on and off, and USB slots etc. Would gladly stay here again next time in I. DC. Parking was very easy to find on the weekend. Host was very communicative every time I had questions.

Fantastic location for exploring monuments in DC, really comfortable room, and very friendly and helpful staff. I was actually surprised and thought it was more luxurious than the description online made it sound! Very dog friendly (no charge for the dog!!) and everyone made a fuss of our labradoodle. Reasonable parking ($25 a day) at nearby parking garage. We stayed two nights and were extremely pleased with the stay.

The location for this hotel is interesting, it's in the more quieter part of town near all the embassies but it's a beautiful location and still not too far a cab ride from most activities. The staff here were super lovely and the most helpful. The rooms were luxurious and well stocked with amenities. Highly recommend staying here.

This place is exactly what you would expect from the title, a cheap place to stay in a good location. If you're not really fussed with comfort or luxury, and just want an affordable place (which is exactly what I wanted) close to everything you want to see in Washington, but having a private room rather than sharing in a dorm, this place is perfect. It's old and quite run down, but the room was clean, which is the important thing.

We didnt get breakfast but the location was outstanding. Plenty to eat and drink near the location. The apartment was super spacious and beautiful. Loved the pool area, the lobby. Everything was nice and "luxury" was definitely found here.

Great location, super spacious studio space with plenty of seating and table options if multiple people want to plug in. Lobby and shared spaces are chic and they offer parking. The rooms are cute, clean, and functional, not really luxurious but well appointed. The staff are super nice and accommodating.
