Location was great to explore both sides of Mt Desert Island. We were close enough to Bar Harbor and Acadia to be a short drive but far enough away from the chaos of traffic and parking. The home was well furnished and the kitchen had more than what we expected!

The property worked great for what we needed. We were driving up the Maine coast and then north to Quebec City. We only stayed one night and thus missed out on being able to utilize a lot of the amenities available.

The house is situated beautifully along the Bar Harbor bay and is very comfortable with all amenities you need. Comfortable couch, chairs, fully equipped kitchen, everything you need. The owners clearly are putting effort in it to make a pleasurable stay for their guests.
