Great location, just 10 mins from ABQ Airport, 10 mins from downtown, 15 mins from Old Town plaza, gas station just around the corner. Love the gated parking area/ front and that the house was fenced. It was a very cute little house, nice bright colors easy to identify. The kitchen was clean and it had everything we need it. Bed were clean and comfortable we had plenty of towels. I wish more/better toiletries were provided. The bathroom door was hard to close and it got stuck every time you open it making a very loud sound. Not very pleasant at night since it could wake others. Having more hooks in the bathroom would've been useful and a night light. I didn't use the hot tub but it looked awesome. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend it to friends.

The owners were very nice (and responsive if you had any queries). This is a lovely property - everything is well-thought out and provided. AC is very welcome ;) I could have stayed there for much longer. I would definitely hope to stay again in the future. Just a short walk from downtown, near a gas station, Sonic and the Rio Grande! Buses very user friendly. Also, Silver Street Market is fab. (15 mins. walk away)

Location, and plenty of room for a group of six adults. host was easily available through text. nice to have a secure garage for the vehicle. Price was reasonable. Beds were comfortable, except for the bunks for adults.

The room was lovingly decorated and there were many nice ammenities such as great coffee selection, popcorn, candies and luxurious towels. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was roomy with two basins. Everything was really clean and well maintained. The hot tub was very enjoyable and private.
