Sheets, pillows so comfy. Well stocked kitchen which was unexpected. 2 types of coffee pots, lol. We used both. Loved how many seasonings in cupboard. Also tin foil and ziploc stocked as I had forgot both. We cooked on the grill all weekend. I saw shooting stars. Javelina came right up to fence at night eating birdseed from feeders. Wonderful time visiting our family. Peaceful location. Loved the front and back deck as I am a star gazer.

Simply one of the best bnb style rentals I’ve ever had. Fantastic location, very quiet and private with a retro deco style that is just gorgeous. The bed alone was worth the price.

Perfect vacation travelers hotel. Location is quite good for seeing the town, and it's close to a number of very good restaurants. This is an historic property which has similar characteristics to hotels in European towns and villages away from urban centers (although with A/C!).
The luxury suite has more than enough room to stretch out and relax. It is also close to any retail/ dining options you could think of. The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming with a great breakfast in the morning.
The whole feel of the hotel was comfortable, a bit old fashion but almost felt like an old Italian villa. room was very nice, lobby was large with many chairs and sofas to sit and talk. The view out the windows were of this beautiful pool area lined with trees. Breakfast was very good, many places to sit.
Their breakfast was good and complimentary. Forest Villas has nice soft beds. Forest Villas is pretty. It is close to restaurants, gas, and only 4 miles from old Prescott attractions.
The Forrest Villas hotel exceeded my expections! The hotel is clean and cozy. They have a buffet breakfast which is great! The staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable. We loved to watch sunrise from the balcony of our room. We would definitely come back!
We absolutely loved our stay at Forest Villas Hotel! We can’t wait to come back!! It was our first time in Prescott, we live a few hours away. The location was great, our room was clean, and the staff were super friendly!
Beautiful lobby, lounge, breakfast area. Large, comfortable room with small balcony and nice view of the mountains. After we arrived (~4 PM), a blizzard hit the area and roads were closed by 7 PM. We were unable to get our car out of the parking lot because of the snow, and so we had sandwiches in our room for dinner that night. Certainly not the hotel's fault; if you're going to get stranded in a snowstorm, the Forest Villas is a great place to be!
I would not hesitate to book with Forest Villas Hotels. Our reservation had a hiccup, instead of making us sort it out they just asked me to forward my confirmation email to them. They finished our check-in and took care of the issue. If I had more time, I would have extended my stay.
Everything was aaaaamazing. I will never stay anywhere else. My cousin and I shared the room and I had my yellow lab. The front desk staff was absolutely the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve stayed at many properties and this one takes the cake. Thank you Forest Villas and staff for welcoming us. We will be back.
