Location and privacy were great! Home had a decent layout so our group could easily spread out. Bathrooms were all very well stocked with plenty of towels which I appreciate with a family. The game room was a cool addition to our weekend away! I enjoyed opening the slider glass doors to hear the brook rumbling as well.

The staff was friendly and the place was very well run. The room rate included free breakfast and it was decent. In addition, the room was very large with a kitchenette and very clean. Would highly recommend the Swiss Chalets Village Inn.
Swiss Chalets Village Inn is a good place to stay if you visit the White Mountains region. It is conveniently located. The price we pay is decent for a two-night stay in a room with a king-size bed.
The property was perfect for our family. My parents, daughter and I were traveling to Santa’s Village, Storyland and the outlets. This was located in a great spot, but was also super entertaining for my 4 year old. We mini-golfed (nothing fancy, but she had a ball), played on the playground and swam in the indoor pool. Breakfast has many choices, and was perfect for all travelers.
The loft in our room was perfect once we rearranged the furniture a bit to feel safer.
Location and staff were amazing. Room was clean and had plenty of space for four people. Beds were comfortable and the AC was cold and barely made any sound. We didn’t end up checking in until after 5pm due to being at Santa’s village. One of the people working at the front desk left a voicemail with instructions for how to enter the room and left all details in an envelope up front. Lovely place to stay!
Charming little inn with exceptional location. Many stores, restaurants, and downtown North Conway village all within a few minutes. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were all very friendly, especially the young gentlemen who checked us in and offered many local recommendations.
Friendly service, all staff very welcoming. Convenient location with parking too. The porch to sit on was a bonus. The hot tub was a luxury. Breakfast was tasty.
