Amazing hotel coupled with exceptional service. Clean luxurious rooms which also at the same time feel very homely. The location of the hotel is perfect for Monterey bay attractions. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Monterey
The hotel was immaculate and felt very luxury. Lots of great facilities, great shops, cafes and restaurants in the hotel and nearby. Our room was very really comfortable and had everything you needed, very light and spacious.
Lovely hotel and room in a great location with partial view of the marina. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright and the bed was really comfortable with luxurious sheets. There’s a great bar in the hotel and another bar with live music and a happy hour round the corner.
Very nice, calm atmosphere (it kind of gave me the feeling of being in a small mountain village when I arrived there). The room and bathroom were clean and they had everything we needed. Location was good as well - safe and convenient; everything is very accessible by car. I did not find it too loud for sleeping considering it was close to the road - had no issues with that at all.
the rooms are huge, luxurious and beautifully set. Staff were friendly and organised. Location was great, easy walk into town and the harbour for whale watching.
This is a classic American experience. You get everything you need, no fuss, no luxury, just plain and simple. It works. It's a good room. Great shower too.
We had a big, airy room on the second floor with view on the lovely (warm!!) pool and hot tub. We loved every second of your stay! Comfortable beds and pillows, luxury toileteries, coffee maker with coffee and cream, soft towels… The location is great too, very close to the beach and kajak rental and close to a lake and park. Our best stay on the West Coast! We would definitely love to stay here again.
