Super clean and cozy place. It was very cold out and this place was a welcome retreat after sightseeing. Comfortable beds and kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed to cook.

Amazing location, huge property with very well stocked kitchen and nice outdoor porch to have your morning coffee on. Owners were easy to communicate with and quick to resolve a dishwasher issue from the previous rental stay.

The property is well maintained and equipped w lots of neat stuff. Being on the water is nice and nice view of water while at eating table. Perfect for small family and for us our dog loved it as well!!! They even have a basket with pet towels.

Staff were welcoming. Location is such that you can walk into the village of Lake Placid . Beds were comfortable . Nice outdoor fire area with complimentary s’mores kits . Parking was readily available. Offered bikes for use by guests.

The Crowne Plaza is ideally situated in Lake Placid. The hotel itself is very cozy with several lounges that make your experience feel luxurious and wonderful views of the lakes and the Adirondack’s. While there, we took a picturesque walk around the lake. Main Street is easily accessible walking from the hotel.
Speaking to a general audience, if one desires a place to sleep only, the Lake Placid Inn's saving grace is its proximity to the Village and venues. We are in our 70s, yet we can walk through the Village and back to the inn leisurely and safely. Tourist-type driving within the Village portends a nightmare. Public parking is virtually nonexistent. Therefore, it proved beneficial to the hotel within the Village proper. The friendly and competent staff did their best to ensure a comfortable stay.
Comfortable apartment. Nice to have a kitchenette to make breakfast.
Location was good. Could walk to everything in the village (it's a bit of a hike uphill)
Clean, comfy, and great location.
The swimming pool was an extra nice surprise.
Everything was close: the stores, restaurants, and village.
