We had a really nice stay here. Accommodation was warm and clean, with comfortable beds. Really well located with easy access to subway and shops / restaurants nearby (shout out to wheated which was delicious). Lot of space and nice cooking facilities with a large kitchen and tea/coffee complimentary.

The host is so friendly, the location is convenient (but not so safe), the house is clean, and the WIFI is stable. It is a cozy and comfortable house. We will recommend it if you are not a foreigner.
To be honest, at the beginning, we thought the host will be a guy (the picture showing on her email profile seems to be xd), so we were a bit worried since we did not notice the host will stay in the same house downstairs before we booked it. But, with her kind explanation about that, although we are using the same entrance for the front door, we actually have an independent door and flat that is completely separated! The most important thing is, since we are 2 girls, it is so nice when we notice the host is a she, and she is living with her mother, making us relieved when we arrived.

Much much better than expected (after reading previous reviews). Cozy place, great neighbourhood! We were 5 people and the place was spacious enough. Be careful not to put all your suitcases and backpacks on the top floor bedroom, because there isnt much space on the floor! Cute backyard, nice place to relax. Spacious living room with some fun board games for you and your friends. All amenities we needed in the kitchen were provided. Hot water 24/7 with high pressure in the bath tub. Some people might not like the style of this historic house, but we liked it. Also it's 2 blocks away from the subway that goes to WTC in 7 minutes. All in all we had a great stay and we missed the place when we left.

Liked the cleanliness. The Bathroom was equipped with everythig that is needed for an ideal bathroom. Not much space in the closet to store the clothes, but does the job.

This was the best accomodation of our USA trip. The Lodge has a really good balance of price and quality of services. Room was really carefuly cleaned and the room service was coming every day. I liked the breakfast as well, it wasn't the most luxurious one ever, but had everything we needed like eggs, fruit, coffee, muffins, juice, etc. You can also take a nice walk from this hotel towards the bay and Brooklyn bridge.
Hosts were friendly, responsive, and present while respecting our privacy, too.
The location is great and the place feels luxurious with the kitchen and restroom.
The room and the bathroom were comfortable, even luxurious. Great bed, all the extras one could expect (robes, slippers, good coffee in the room). The L station is meters away.
It's a lovely hotel. When you walk in, the hotel "scent", provided by Apothia, filled the lobby....and the rooms had Apothia's shampoo, conditioner, wash and lotion. As someone who purchases Apothia's candles, I was very happy to see this luxurious amenity.
I chose a balcony room and my balcony faced the street. I overlooked a park where folks played pickle ball which was fun to watch.
Bed was very comfortable.
Showers have amazing pressure, and have both a rainfall showerhead as well as a handheld option.
The hotel was clean but not great. easy access to the train 36th Street Brooklyn platform and easy into Manhattan and Wallstreet. Went into Little Italy by train twice only a 20-30 min subway ride. Free Wi-FI. Close to Industry City and Japan Village. Area did not seem very safe at night. Typical City Hotel.
The medium room was so spacious and beautiful and everything was so clean! Loved the walk in shower and the luxurious bathrobes, the King bed and couch in the room was such a luxury as well - the team also left a handwritten note and free drink tickets for us for our anniversary bc I had made a note in the booking that it was a staycation celebrating our 1 Year : ) such a nice surprise! We got room service in the morning and it was so delicious. We will be back soon to dine at As You Are again for dinner <3
