The home has a lovely yard on the back with chairs, and there’s room for kids to play.
The house has been kept up well. It’s located next to other older homes that have also been kept up nicely. These older homes have so much charm and personality.
The location is nice; we spent time in Ogden, Salt Lake, and Provo. This was an ideal location. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
And the beds were very comfortable. Best night’s sleep away from home in years!

Love the location. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. The house itself has a great floor plan, is updated, yet still has a classic craftsman feel to it. Centrally located with coffee, great food, yoga, Orangetheory all within walking distance.

We were up in the mountains and planned to leave SLC on Sunday. But on Saturday, it snowed in so bad that as soon as they cleared the back road, we left our cabin to drive down to SLC. We felt lucky that we found this small cottage style in the middle of SLC. We had a van but we also needed to use Uber/Lyft to go to downtown and eat. This house’s location is close to all the good restaurants in SLC. We didn’t get to stay longer at this house, but its 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms are plenty enough for our family of 7. We will definitely come back!
