The house was clean and there were enough towels/linens for all of us (6 people). Bedrooms were well-appointed with clocks and charging outlets. Internet access was good. There is a television on each floor.
Kitchen was functional, although there were a few problems (see below). There are enough plates, bowls, and silverware to accommodate a large party. Don't expect to cook a big meal, though, unless you bring more pots and pans.
There is a lot of room in this place--3 full floors. Primary bedroom (with bath), two other bedrooms, and hall bath upstairs. Half bath on main floor. Large room with two beds in basement, along with another full bath. It worked out well for our extended family visit--everybody had space and privacy.
The host maintains contact throughout your stay--we had no trouble reaching them, and they were responsive. We didn't have any burning issues that required them to immediately do something, so I can't rate that, but I felt good that they were reachable.

We needed a place with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms so the property was a good value. The house was also very clean upon arrival. There were other renters in the downstairs apartment, but we never heard them. We appreciated having a living room, dining area, kitchen, and parking.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the apartment itself was spacious, luxurious, and spotless. We had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge with an ice maker. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay.

After check-out we were walking in the heat for 3hours. We asked, if we can take a shower and for small fee we were allowed to enter our room again and take a shower. What a luxury to travel back to Europe in dry and clean clothes!
The flat is in a fairly good location close to metro and services in the area.
The flat itself is fine but should be presented truthfully, it is a unit on a construction site, not a luxury accommodation. As a simple place to stay close to DC it is fine - but price and description should reflect what it is in reality.
It was not a 5 star luxury place, but for the price, we were pleasantly surprised. We have stayed in airport hotels that look well past their primes. This one was well-maintained and only 15 minutes to the airport.
The hotel is clean and quiet. The location is very good. it is inside the Sherrington village which has a lot of good restaurants and shops. There are plenty of parking lots which are free in the weekend and nights.
The hotel is very well located, close to the train, Washington and area tourist attractions. This has been the hotel we always go to when we visit Washington as it has a rare parking service in that area. It is clean, the facilities are not luxurious but in excellent condition.
