The location is amazing. You can feel safe walking at night, even as a single woman. The Gardens are a block away. Ample luxury shopping. The price is very reasonable considering it's in Back Bay. The service is impeccable. My son got hungry 10 min to 11 and they were able to get sliders up to us by 11, my son said they were the best sliders he ever ate. Very child friendly and dog friendly .

This hotel is really beautiful and unique! It’s like a little village of rooms with a beautiful center “courtyard”. The staff was mostly friendly.

The morning manager, MIKE, treated me like a village idiot. He also gave me bad information about the location of the complimentary breakfast. It was obvious to me that he did not have your excellent training. The kitchen staff was excellent, as was the bartender.
