We recently had an amazing stay at this wonderful villa in Jambiani. The property was a perfect blend of modern luxury and local charm, with high standards with a cozy atmosphere. High quality furniture, sinks, bath tub (we’re attentive to details: Villeroy&Boch you usually have at your own house or in the 5 stars hotels), nice and comfortable beddings. Everything is made for yourself - good quality and expensive materials. The villa is well designed, super stylish and comfortable. A lot of space, highest ceilings, especially a second floor - so to say a master bedroom - is a huge open space loft around 80 sq m. Quite unique.
Jambiani is one of the nicest aria on the island (we’ve been travelling all over, stayed almost everywhere from the north to the south). Much less touristic comparing to Nungwe, cleaner, more authentic, less crowded. We loved the restaurant which Sasha recommended us when we arrived, and after exploring all over - it was the best food in Zanzibar.
Beach is 3 minutes away, you need to walk through a local village, first it was a bit surprising, but then we actually liked it - you see a real life, everyone is friendly (totally safe!) and no one is trying to sell you anything (so rare in Zanzibar lol)
The host helped us during all our stay, was incredibly responsive, Sasha organised our transfer from the airport, renting a car, helped with the driving licence, gave a plenty of great and useful recommendations.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff was amazing, from the chef to the security guard to the cleaners everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place is huge with many amenities. The pool is wonderful! Many drinks stocked in the fridge and Luciana made sure to get us more immediately when we asked. Food for breakfast was excellent! We got massages and it was wonderful, the rooftop massage room is great, you get to relax and hear the waves crash. Truly a sublime stay!

The staff here are great! Mai and Mary in particular were exceptional. There are only 8 villas so it’s quite serene. View of Indian Ocean from rooms is unmatched. You can walk right off the property on to it. Food was a good selection and reasonable priced considering it’s villa/hotel food (not super cheap but not unreasonable).
For us it seemed like a romantic, intimate location (only 4 villas, thus max 15-20 tourists). The staff was very kind to assist us with everything we needed on the way (like trip to Jozani forest and butterfly center+transportation back to the airport), food was tasty and rather diverse, nice pool and villas close to the ocean (A/C was good to compensate the heat). They also brought us drinking water each day.
Amazing and very kind service, not simply accommodating the needs but anticipating them. The villas are simply right, well equipped and very carefully furnished. The beach is calm and despite the sea not being on par with other parts of the island, the calmness makes up for it. Very very very recommended.

Fantastic place. Villas are beautiful. Staff are friendly. Small, cozy hotel. Breakfast is great- fresh fruit basket, bread, yogurth, juice, coffee, pankakes, omelet. Restaurant is nice with many different dishes to choose from. The pool is clean and plenty of sunbeds. Only few other hotels nearby.
