The house is situated on a beautiful beach and both the house and the property are inviting and comfortable with plenty of space for a group, and only steps from the beach. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of hot water, and the house was fairly well equipped with plenty of towels and other things you might need. The area has many boutique hotels within walking distance but it’s also possible to cook. Staff was very helpful and kind. This felt like the quintessential beach house—not too rustic, not too modern, but just right.

I recently stayed at this spacious Villa in Jambiani, Zanzibar. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach where I enjoyed activities like kite surfing. The Villa's aesthetic was stunning; Sacha, the owner, has a great eye for detail. Sacha was incredibly helpful, recommending places to eat and activities to do. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Chris & Liza’s villas. A few metres from the beach, well appointed kitchen, outside seating area, hot showers, drinking water always available, use of washing machine. These villas are perfect for a stay in Jambiani.
Communication with the host couldn’t be better and we were so well looked after. Stayed 6 nights and could have stayed so much longer!

4th time staying here and it was amazing like always. I have tried many different places in Zanzibar and Kupaga villas is the best! Right on a beautiful beach, spacious rooms, nice pool and really chill bar/dining area. The food is so tasty, had the best ceviche, really nice sea food and lovely breakfast with fresh sourdough bread. The staff is so friendly and always make you smile. Can’t wait to be back. The resort is so gorgeous! The views surrounding the entire property were amazing. We had the all-inclusive package and the food at the buffet was great, a very wide variety of foods, and all super fresh. We stayed in the beachfront villa and the room was simple but good and had air conditioning. It is not as if you spend much time in the room anyway. The villas have their own private beach lounge chairs too.
We had an exceptional stay at Jambiani Villas, where the attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and top-notch amenities made for a truly unforgettable holiday. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an extraordinary getaway.

We liked a lot that the villas and apartments are located directly at the beach and super close to the village and nice nearby restaurants.
There are only two big villas with beachfront view and two apartments above the restaurant with a nice view, it’s very private which we liked a lot.
