We had a very pleasant experience in the RoRi Private Luxury Villas. The villa offers a calm and private atmosphere, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were always helpful and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my time there.
It’s also in a great location, with a lot of restaurants in a 5-10 minute walk away. The area is really peaceful, and there aren’t many people around, so our stay was incredibly private.
There is a village where you can buy fresh mangos, bananas, and pineapples (about 10 minutes walk). The villa itself is well-equipped, featuring two bathrooms, air conditioners, a water cooler, Nespresso coffee machine, big selection of tea bags and soft drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. It's also well equipped for cooking if needed.
Our villa had electrical outlets that fit both European and British standards (and USB as well) so we could charge our phones without adapters.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay and would recommend the place.

Beautiful spot right on the beach. The staff was amazing, from the chef to the security guard to the cleaners everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place is huge with many amenities. The pool is wonderful! Many drinks stocked in the fridge and Luciana made sure to get us more immediately when we asked. Food for breakfast was excellent! We got massages and it was wonderful, the rooftop massage room is great, you get to relax and hear the waves crash. Truly a sublime stay!

We loved our stay at Sands. The staff were all so friendly, Ally was so welcoming and corrected any issues instantly and made sure our stay was comfortable. The villas were clean, the beach beautiful and the food buffet style and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.
Everything especially the private pool each villa had its own pool. Very big has 2 lovely cozy rooms. I still ended up sleeping on the couch 😂i enjoyed watching movies.The staff were amazing . F0o0od 😍i wont lie i over ate . My first time going to a hotel and not living the place even at the nearby store. Definitely coming back. Asante sana to all especially Salom at the restaurant.
There could not be a better vacation spot than this. Our beach front villa was epic with a private pool and incredible views across the beach and ocean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms modern and comfortable.

Quiet, beachfront location was peaceful. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Rooms, bathrooms and living area were comfortable and spacious. Private pool was lovely to use at any time. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful.
We slept one night in this wonderful beachfront villa. We didn't think we would find such a luxurious residence in Zanzibar. The infinity pool in the garden is exceptional. Fantastic beach with sunbeds for exclusive use. The rooms are spacious and have all the comforts. The terrace where we had dinner is fantastic.
