Staff were very welcoming despite the language issues between us. The room was clean and had a kettle, a fridge and some coffee and condoms! It's fairly well-located for the Japanese village and about 25 minutes walk to the night market. Wifi did not work well in the room but the shower was great. Breakfast was very good, delivered to the room
We only booked a room in Pingtun because it was Saturday and hotels in Kaohsiung were very expensive. The town was a nice surprise with a splendid Confucius temple and art village. The hotel was disappointing. A rundown place with stuffy rooms.
