Considering the cost of staying at Dear B&B II, the facility was great. My wife and I were treated very well by the owner. She delivered breakfast and organized transportation for us to explore the islands. Originally, we requested a scooter, but when the weather turned sour on us, the owner quickly arranged for us to obtain a very reasonably priced, relatively new, Toyota Yaris vehicle. The room was quiet and had a nice balcony. There is a small kitchen facility in the B&B which appears to be equipped enough to cook for oneself, but we chose to eat out. Although on the periphery of all the action in Jincheng, only a ten or fifteen minute walk gets one into the heart of the city. We found a it best to eat downtown and there are plenty of places to find snacks. If one is addicted to bubble tea like we are, good bubble tea can be found at Coco’s on one of the main streets, southeast from Dear B&B II and up from the bus station.

Exceptionally good location. Finding food and going round the island was really convenient. Room was clean and spacious for us. We had very comfortable hot bath after a long tired day. Ah Ren 大哥was very helpful to receive and sent us to the JinCheng bus station during our departure. It is always good to be able to make friend with the hostel owner in the trip.

I’ve spent here a week and I will definitely come back on my next trip to Kinmen. Charming traditional house in a lovely village close to the bus stop. Quiet,
cosy and comfortable, with a selection of books, brochure and even taiwanese music cds to listen in the living room. The host is extremely kind and helpful and I can definitely recommend Kivala to every traveler in Kinmen.

The old house is very beautiful and nicely renovated, located in a quiet village of interesting history. Mr. Hung is very thoughtful and introduced us some nice tourist destinations. In the room there are several books written by the bnb owner about Kinmen which are interesting to read.
Love the experience. The host was helpful, friendly, and provided lots of help. Breakfast was delicious and had nice chats during those times. In addition to the beautiful architecture, the place also had a library with books about the island and the history of various villages.
It's a lovely renovated traditional house with great facilities. Zhushan is a beautiful traditional village close to the city of Jincheng. The airport and Jincheng is easy accessible via public transport. A short walk away from Oucuo another heritage village with a good beach and the iconic tank at the beach. The stuff is very friendly and helpful.
beautiful space in a calm and lovely village, close to the beach w the sunken rank, it’s the owner’s own ancestral home so he has really taken care to fix up the rooms. he prepares breakfast personally and it is generous and delicious. rooms were modern and comfortable
Great accommodation in a very nice building. Our room was very big, clean, there is plenty of seating (also outside) and the atmosphere in the house and the whole village is great. The staff are very helpful and friendly - you really get excellent service. If you have a question as a guest, you will be helped immediately and very friendly.
