The place is cosy, old family house in the very nice are - closer to beach (300 m). This is great place for family or Group of friends trip. You have 3 seperate rooms, two toilets and salon with Kitchen. On Kitchen lever there is also a small terrace with furniture - great for dinner. Second terrace is on the roof. There is a planty of space for 4-5 persons. Nearby you will find beach bar - not tourist focused one but rather for locals. Offer is not very extensive but with very interesting local food and very cheap (like really really cheap). You can easy park your Car on the Street and you need a Car, because the house is located a little off the nearby city. There are few hotels nearby but the shop/market is like 6 km away. In general we had great time - the house is located 24 km from Side and 40 km from Alanya. Great place to visit both locations.

I genuinely couldn't fault this property myself my dad and my brother had the most amazing 2 weeks here. It's so close to bars, restaurants and the beach it literally has everything. The owners brother also brought us to the supermarket twice as it wasn't walking distant to get a big shop in. The most considerate people, definitely will be back perfect for everyone.

The house has a lovely garden and view. It’s very quiet so it’s best for some relaxing time. The owner is really nice and helpful. It was a pleasure to be in contact with him and talk to him. The kitchen has a good selection of equipment so you can cook and bake as well. There’s a bbq in the garden and more than enough chairs to sit on.

Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
It’s not like luxury hotel but it’s standard 5 star hotel. The food was nice but not something delicious. When you booking ultra all inclusive you expect normal alcohol. But unfortunately there is a few bottles of strong alcohol and only in lobby bar. Another bars have only low quality alcohol for the hotels.
We stayed in a 1 bedroom swim up with 2 kids. The luxury of our own pool was a really nice benefit. The staff are helpful and there is no shortage of anything to eat or drink, with a wide assortment for both!

Villa Hania is the perfect place to stay if you want a home from home accommodation. Aldina was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is spotless and beautiful inside and out. Our triple room was bright and spacious and we had access to not just one but two balconies. The location is quiet which was perfect for us. Breakfast was fresh and home cooked. It was varied and plentiful, we even had homemade pancakes! We would highly recommend Villa Hania Boutique Hotel for your stay in Side.
Villa is extremely large and modern. Spread over 3 floors. All bedrooms have bathrooms and large terraces. Lots of space to spend together and apart if needed!
The private pool is lovely. Great size.

The location is good. 7 minute easy walk to the beach. Or if you've got a car and feeling lazy, you can park right at the beach (this was outside school holidays), so it might not be as easy in the school holidays.
The Owners brother was on hand on WhatsApp and always responded within an hour.

The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly and there are plenty of them especially in the restaurant and pool bar.
The hotel beach area is excellent, clean with plenty of sunbeds even in high season and includes a small restaurant that never seemed to get too crowded. Lovely sandy beach and sea very warm. Hotel spa offers a pleasant retreat and is very reasonably priced at 25 euros for an hour's massage. All inclusive deal was very comprehensive for both food and drinks.
We enjoyed the location excellent the staff were very helpful quick friendly and kind the facilities at the hotel like the hammaam message pools beachfront excellent the all inclusive meals at the hotel and beachfront wonderfull appetizing we really had a awesome time
The grounds are very well kept, the water slides and pools are great for kids, and the kids disco is wonderful. the villas are spacious and perfect for families. nice and clean. Lots of cats about, if you like cats no bad thing.
Many thanks to the Melas Holiday Village for our amazing summer holiday! We were satisfied with everything, the room, food, service, the areal of the hotel, distance to the beach and to the centre of Side, evening program in the amphiteatre....everything was perfect. Special thanks to the amazing staff of the hotel! They were so friendly, nice and professional! The funny towel's animals created by the cleaning lady in our room was just an amazing cherry on the top! We can reccomend this hotel to everyone and we would love to come again!
