Beautiful house and decor, great space inside.
Comfortable rooms, extremely comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Ample and comfortable pillows.
The wall sockets with usb ports at the beds are such an useful addition!

Underfloor heating was cosy and not overpowering and a blessing after all day on the explore!

We always felt safe, the neighbourhood is a bit rundown and unappealing at first, but street is very well lit at night. Neighbours were friendly.

The tram and Bim (local shop) is an easy walk.
Balat, with the loveliest streets and vendors (and a fresh produce market) and restaurants, is close by...1.2km walk.
Some of us used the hamam and sauna, which was lovely with the cold weather.

We booked the entire villa. The transportation here is excellent, tramway station is just right across the road. Balat section is within walking distance.
Life functions are also quite convenient, with many supermarkets nearby. We can buy food and grocery also in the morning and midnight.
For the facilities inside, is also convenient.
The kitchen has four stoves, a hot water kettle, enough tableware, a big refrigerator, and an oven.
For laundry, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the room.
The room is air-conditioned, and living room is large enough for 12adults and 2 always-running kids.
The bed is all king size except the third floor's but it was big enough to fit me and my husband.
You have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The hair dryer works very well!
No matter it is day or night, the view on the terrace is speechless, makes people reluctant to leave. With the tables and chairs arranged by the owner, you can barbecue, have a drink and chat with your friends here😊
