Luxury villa, amazing view, all the furniture and kitchen equipment are in perfect condition. Looks like the villa was built for the family but not for the rent purposes and the owner invested a lot of the efforts and resources in it. Highly recommended.

The house is very well located. It has everything needed for families and friends. Pool and very nice decorated garden; downstairs terrace for great breakfasts and the upper view deck and terrace has amazing sunsets and dinners. Highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with different parts of the house different feelings. So close to the beach by walk just in 2 minutes. Higly recommended.

This villa was in such a beautiful location the views were amazing. The property owner Ahmet was very helpful and treated me very well. Very helpful and will do his best to keep up with your needs. The house is really stunning and spacious. The pool with the view was the highlight of this holiday for me . Pictures don’t do this place justice. In real life it feels amazing. The place was very very clean and everything was perfect. There are electric shutters for extra security. Felt very safe and the neighbourhood is very peaceful. There is a local shop just one road away . If you are thinking about booking this villa TRUST ME just book it. You will not be disappointed.

This villa is exceptional. We loved the pool area and outdoor space with various eating and relaxation options, including a bbq/bar area and upstairs terraces - all with stunning views. Indoors is beautifully decorated, with loads of space and room to relax with every amenity you could need.
We travelled without a car without any issues. 5 mins walk to a huge supermarket and taxis readily available to local towns for little cost.

Fantastic villa - set near the small village of Geris, in the heights of Yalikavak. Lots of charm. Our children have loved the swimming pool (and we did too !) and the cat of the house, and we particularly enjoyed the cool air, magnificent terrace and garden, the daily sunset and also the comfort and positive vibes in the house. A perfect island of peace to explore the Bodrum's peninsula and beyond (we travelled to Didim and to Ephesus notably). Many thanks to Hatice and Volkan for the perfect stay. We warmly recommend !

Location was superb, only a short walk onto the beach and along into the main part of the village where all bars and restaurants are situated. Room was spotlessly clean, well fitted out. Comfortable beds and nice and spacious for the 2 of us.
We stayed the first week of May, the season had not really started so very quiet around pool and spent much of time on beach. Had a lovely breakfast on the one occasion when we did make it up in time :)

The free breakfast is a sight to behold, fresh full Turkish fare all served in abundance. the sea view is delightful, the rooms are large, clean and simply furnished. Fresh sheets, towels are provided. Really cannot fault it.
