The communication between us and our host despite the language barrier was good. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained and furnished to a high standard. The location was closer to the town than we had wished, however this wasn't a problem as it wasn't too noisy. Although we didn't use the pool it was well maintained too. The property had a small shared covered courtyard which was lovely to sit out and eat or just have a drink and read. It's less than a mile to the beautiful public beach. The cost of entry into the public beach was 20 Turkish Lira and the hire of two sun loungers and an umbrella was 150 Turkish Lira. The park had toilets, showers and an excellent cafe. We would definitely book Iberia Villa's again.

Great food and value. Great hosts. This was a small boutique hotel with privacy and quiet. I didn't use the pool, but it looked inviting. The room has A/C, so it's a must in the area for Summertime. The bathroom, towels, etc. were great.

Mehmet was very helpful and accomodating in receiving me at 4am, as my flight was a late arrival. He was ready to help me check in and settle for what remained of the night, before my checkout.
I was a solo, female traveler and felt reassured by him that the yellow airport taxi was safe. A quick 8mibute drive from the airport. (10-13€// 330Turkish Lira)
I thought the facility was a great size and value for money if just 1 person traveling. Easily suitable for up to 4 people.

Hospitality was fantastic. We have stayed here before in the Villas. Spacious, great pool and also a children's pool. Really nice Turkish breakfast available at extra low cost. Good 20 min walk to the centre of Dalyan but all flat surfaces. Quiet and tranquil. Hussein and family couldn't be more helpful.

Was situated within walking distance of Dalyan centre, facilities were very good 4 double bedrooms with ensuites and two with a huge shared bathroom and both with accesses to a terrace. Very clean, cool and quiet! Thanos the manager/owner was exceptionally helpful and friendly! We are definitely as a group intending to come again and will for sure stay at Villas Bianca next time.
Great location. All new. Owner could not be more helpful. Our pool (there are more than one villas) was in the shade in the afternoon but this was a bonus due to how hot it was.
Just returned from Minta Apartments absolutely fantastic place to stay. The owner Ali his wife and family are so friendly and would do anything to make your stay comfortable and fun. Ali owns two villas, he kindly took us to look at one of them which is not far from Minta absolutely gorgeous very high standard. We would not hesitate to contact Ali to book for next year either at Minta or one of his villas.
The location was perfect, beautiful. Ideal distance to town down the picturesque river path. The villa was so spacious. The small private pool and communal pool gave the best of both worlds. The owners and staff were lovely.
We stayed in the Villas, and used the Hotel facilities a few times, which is located 1 min walk from the Villas. Location of the villas is out of town the taxi's are very quick in arriving and only costing £2. Great outlook from the Pool onto the Mountains. Although the Mosquitos own the evening from 8pm - 9pm approx. No deterrents we used worked, We had to retreat back inside to avoid getting eaten alive. Perhaps in different times of the year they are not so bad. Also Joined the Local Dalyan FB site, Lots of very useful information.
