The owner is a great guy and very helpful. He took us into town when we arrived to show us a good restaurant and go to the supermarket . The next day, he showed us where beauty parlour was( would never have found it)
If u want to need anything, just ask and don't complain if u have not asked.
The accommodation is 5 mins from the airport, town , restaurant and beach . U are with locals if u want to make friends

We had plenty of space for the whole family, we had inside dining as well as outside dining, views of the sea from the garden, we had lots of fruits which we picked from the garden ( the grapes we’re so nice), we were five minutes from the airport so no long transfers three showers, the view from the living room was amazing a large kitchen so everyone can help get food ready, let’s just the property is family friendly.

Being in the hot sun of Turkey the pool was a good size and a godsend to cool off in.

The villa was spacious and well equipped with an amazing pool. The villa had loads of bathrooms, comfy beds and fantastic air conditioning. It was well located and there were plenty of restaurants within a 20 min walk away. Hiring a car was useful for going to the supermarket and driving to the beach and other attractions but there seemed to plenty of trips by boat or bus leaving from Dalyan if you didn't fancy driving yourself.
The weather was so lovely and the villa so comfortable that we spent a few days just lounging by the pool ... unusual for us but just what we needed!
We met the owners when we checked out, they were lovely and very helpful.

Lovely place. Nice furnishings and had a modern luxury feel. Nice to have the indoor pool that was slightly colder than the outside pool(inside pool can be heated but we wanted it cold). Great view! Owner gave loads of information to sights and restaurants.

Large villa with 4 bedrooms, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area but a short walk into town. It does have wifi although the listing says it doesn't. Also private pool. There is a TV but only 4 English speaking channels. It does have Youtube and Netflix but you will need to log in with your own details. Towels are provided. The owner was on hand and promptly dealt with any problems that we had.

The owner of the villa is really helpful from the day you book. I was able to ask him questions prior to my visit and he was able to answer them all. During our stay there he was really helpful. He took us to Dalayan for less than the amount a taxi would take. He provided me with Taxi details. If there was any issue he would sort it out asap. The location of the villas was lovely close to supermarkets and restaurants.
This is the secomd time that we have stayed at the Holiday Village/ The place is absolutely perfect. The location is great (20
minute ride from the airport) and walking ditsance from a lovely market town - Sarigerme. The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the food is varied and delicious, the service is friendly and helpful.
Altogether perfect place for a family vacation.

A great location set aside in the hills amongst a collection of similar built villas. Private pool was a really good size, master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the hills. So peaceful and tranquil. Will be visiting again soon. Great host.
Great hotel for families, it was predominantly UK guests. The kids club was great as was the food. We would definitely recommend paying the extra and getting the lake front villas as they were fantastic.
