I recently enjoyed a stay at this hotel, and it was fantastic! The luxury room was impeccably designed and provided a truly comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were highly trained, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. We had a fabulous stay here. The staff were fantastic. The facilities top notch. The hot thermal pool (free) was outstanding. Bathroom and room were huge and luxurious. If ever back in Bursa will stay again
It was a decent stay with good and wide rooms and comfortable beds and they also had a decent breakfast which not many hotels have, theirs a balcony with a cool view, it’s fairly close to all the popular places like extreme park, and ottoman village. If your also interested in the famous meal “iskender” theirs a original restaurant right down the street a few minutes from the place and it tastes Gorgeous. Highly recommend.
The place was very charming and the hotel staff were amazing! The view from our room was so nice, it was like waking up in a small village - nice and refreshing. The gentleman at the front desk helped us greatly when the car we had booked didn't arrive. He was able to get one to us through his contacts, and that honestly saved us. Tea and coffee was available 24/7 - always a plus!

st of tourist attraction eg Koza Han, Ulu Cami, Green Mosque etc. You can take public bus no. D/10 to Cumalikizik village in front of hotel's bus stop. The bus no.38 from Intercity Bus Station also stop in front of the hotel.
They gave me fruit and water and tea . For free. The internet connection worked very well.
They carried my bags up and also back down the stairs.

They carried my bags into the taxi . They called a taxi for me rapidly.
They looked up detailed and exact information about my busses to the airport.
The service I received was beyond expectation and excellent.
Better than in many a higher priced and more luxurious hotel.

This was the perfect hotel to stay in. Great location, amazing breakfast, luxury SPA, spacious rooms. Definitely will recommend it to others and definitely will re visit it again.
