Exceptional property, highly recommended. The house has an excellent location - it is facing West, it's on the side of a hill next to Bodrum, so you have a marvelous view of the bay and you get to see amazing sunsets. Everything was super clean, the rooms and the many bathrooms are of top notch quality. The air conditioning functioned very well. The swimming pool was beautiful, larger than expected, and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our host was very friendly, punctual, proactive and helpful, had a lot of excellent suggestions for activities in the area, and went out of the way to help.
As others have noted, you can definitely walk to the beach/restaurant area, in about 10 minutes. Downhill it's very easy, of course, but you'll get a workout on the way back, the hill is a bit steep. It's much easier with a car or taxi.
I loved the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Then location is very convinet, right on the seasshore with a private beachfront and a promenade along the short with lots of shops and restaurants. Around 45 minutes walk from Bodrum city center.
Very friendly staff, however only a few of them speak English.
The food is tasty, however lacks a little variety.
Location is superb as its on beachfront only. Breakfast could have been better. The Hotel Manager Mr. Erdogan is simply the best. He takes care of all the guests, spends time with them, take care of their needs & demands, he guides the tourists and he offered us some complimentary dishes & drinks.
All the hotel staff were vey caring and dinner special menus were fabulous. There were live music and dance party in the evening on the beach front creating an electrifying experience. We liked our stay in this hotel.
The design of the villa was wonderful, our garden was imaginative, the plant arrangement was very attractive, it had a private swimming pool with complete privacy, the breakfast was more than excellent, and the place was very quiet, and it is the perfect choice for a honeymoon.
An excellent beachfront location coupled with a cozy room and ample amenities made for a delightful stay. The breakfast, served in authentic Turkish fashion, added to the overall pleasant experience.
The room was clean and modern.
Fridge, kettle, tea bags and 2 in 1 Nescafe sachets provided. A hairdryer too. Tv in the room with a decent music channel and BBC news ! The staff were very helpful, friendly and smiling. The food was served quickly, plentiful and bottled water poured frequently at dinner. There was a choice of Turkish or English breakfast. Beachfront location. Nice and clean swimming pool with well padded loungers. Great evening entertainment.
We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting flat. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The clean and well-maintained house provided the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation.
The hotel is very nice we interested the breakfast , pool and the lobby .. and we interested the view .. it's not noisy..
But the villas is good but I think you should mak up greed for the bedroom and the bathroom..
