It's located next to the river. Very relaxing and serene. Beautiful mountains surrounding area. The villa is spacious and clean.
Thank you Shaukat for taking care of us during our stay. We (3 sisters) arrived around 1am and he waited and making sure we have everything we needed. He went out of his way for making the breakfast sandwich to go for us (it wasn't necessary for him to do so) since we had to leave very early @ 645am. (Normal breakfast time starts at 9am). Would definitely stay here again if visiting Rize!

The villa was a little hidden gem away from the tourist areas. The view from the deck was excellent, the bed very comfortable, and the host Raouf was very helpful and nice.

Brand new, spotless clean and nicely decorated, this is the perfect retreat for a romantic couple or a small family. Off the main road, it gives you the feeling of being alone in the wood but on the other hand, it is only a short drive from Cemlihemsin and Ayder.
Aishigu and Denis, the hosts, were wonderful and attentive. they did above and beyond in order to make our stay perfect.
Unbeatable view to the waterfall. They have three villas and only last one have best view to the waterfall. This villa has bigger and huge balcony with fireplace. I rented this villa but they said I rented the smaller one. I show them my booking but in the end I paid around 50usd to get upgrade.
