From the moment i arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The entrance reception staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The flat itself was luxurious and comfortable, very clean, tidy and secure.
The Mirage is the best quality/price ratio in Hammamet: the villas are spacious, well furnished and we enjoyed a common closed garden with our friends. Khaled is an amazing hospitality manager, always ready and available to respond to all requests from a birthday cake to flowers and more!
The resort was beautiful, the villas cozy and the staff were all wonderful. The buffet menu was delicious, and Sassi in the restaurant always made sure we were taken care of. Mr. Khaled always made sure to check if we were happy with our visit. Our linens were changed daily, and our room was left smelling clean. I would definitely recommend a stay here for your future travels.

This hotel is good for families. It is a new hotel and well decorated. The food in A la cart restaurant is delicious. Family villas are useful. Khaleed was so caring and was there whenever we needed. We wanted to change our room and they arranged it immediately.
